Refund policy

We want you to love your DeLight purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Custom, final-sale, or clearance items are not eligible for return. To start a return, contact us at hello@declight.com with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
